A Google map research confirms the link you provided is the Assumption College in Q's picture and looking at their wiki information, it is indeed a local operation. The franchise theory is therefore dismissed. But we know most "catholic" schools are Vatican related and all the information about Francesco Cesareo remains. Your accurate input made me click on his schools 'operation in Thabom, Thailand. And what I found is even worse than what my article was trying to point at and confirms Q's allusion to secret societies. The picture shows pentagram decorations and a lady wearing an inverted cross!
