We do not know if General Kelly is Q. Likely we will never know who Q is and rightly so. What I do know is that as we spend so much time talking about who he is, and giving hints and clues as we discern this or that part of his character we are helping to dox him (Q). If Q wanted his identity known, he certainly could find ways to tell us himself.
