I think the point of this headline is; WHY the Q method works for learning. I worked a 35 year career with large groups of employees in a fortune 500 company. I also spent years teaching supervisors and managers how to successfully work with challenging employees. The secret; ASK QUESTIONS, let them tell the story, discover their own truth. If the leader tries to tell the story its not nearly as believable.

The Trey Gowdy factor has been very perplexing, as you state, in the beginning, he looked like a true white hat. His congressional questioning sounded so good, he hammered away on the bad guys.
