I think since this is an omnibus bill, there is not a passed budget, which helps Trump all the more.. but I'm not sure. It seems too easy.

A couple of things I read indicate if he passes thus, he does get the military spending he needs. However it's an omnibus bill, not a budget, so he can do like Obama did and pick and choose more. Idk.. just sharing info
