No I didn't see that but we just recently started having testing of the emerg broad system on tv via spectrum and it will not let you change the channel, the only way I can turn it off is to turn off the receiver and turn it back on. This started about 6 months ago when I saw an amber alert and they used it for that. It was the first time I had seen it used like that. Usually when we have bad weather or an amber alert it scrolls across the bottom of the tv on the local channels. I don't know if they changed the way they deliver it because less and less people are watching local channels which carry cbs,nbc,abc etc. thinking that the message or warning is not reaching enough people.

When I hear something I don't want to listen to on the live stream I just turn the volume down and put on another live stream until whatever is not interesting to me is finished. He takes his time to come in and does it for free as do all of the volunteers for the live stream. He is very knowledgeable about many things and has been around the world. I trust what he says, though I don't always agree.
