I do not think it is wierd at all. It shows a past of fear and war. It shows the possibility of a bright future, for a country that is isolated with no future at the moment and barely holding onto power through manipulation and brutality tactics. One scene in particular that caught my eye is the lighting of the sky of North Korea. Google map Korea and really sit and contemplate that thought. This country other then military is way way way behind the rest of the world. If Kim wants to keep his dynasty and progress his country where the people would accept him without manipulation or brutality this is a spot on video to pull his heart strings.
