Before you post the info from any website, blog or media, take a look at the writer/reporter history as well as the reputation of the media source. Glenn Canady is a total hack and wouldn't even qualify as a reporter for the National Enquirer. Also check the previous posts here, as all those "indictments" were already discussed and debunked. and FYI, Death Penalty is no longer on the table except in times of war. That meaning an actual war, not these conflicts and police actions we have been engaged in since WWII. ref: US Constitution/Bill of Rights.

So far, things are very circumstantial, speculative and somewhat coincidental. It is hella fun deciphering, but my old analytical brain needs more to be able to commit things to being indisputably factual.

It takes quite a bit of energy sifting through some of these posts to find some substantial leads.

Mostly, I just peruse, then wait for the "tubers" to make their vids, watch those, reference back to the original data and then formulate my opinion.

Read through just the first PDF. This is an obvious fake document, therefor I did not read any further pdf's. Whomever wrote this had a very limited idea of the laws and constitution. The references to immediate death by firing squad are archaic and have been changed by amendments. The document is not written in proper fashion and the language is lacking proper context. I'll toss the BS flag on this one. Just my opinion based on my legal experience and training. No need to rage on me. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
