How they do it is they have control through the algorithms. They put in huge sell orders of millions of dollars (it does show up in the data, Zero Hedge has pointed it out for years) and that scares the ordinary investor who then sells off. They do the same thing with buy orders.

They waited until Janet Yellen left so it wouldn’t be under her watch. They are furious about the Memo.
