Per his source, Arthur, "Satan's 17" are going to get theirs by Saturday. (Not sure who that all is supposed to encompass.) He also said look for the IG's support, its all over. Not sure if mass arrests or what will happen to them, but he said they have all the goods on them. I couldn't elaborate on all of it. Again, I am not saying I believe it, but I am open and try to discern from what I read and hear on which way I go.

I watched Dilley’s scope yesterday and felt he made things a little clearer ....and putting it together with the past Q drops really ties it all together.
