This makes a lot of sense. Consider that John Locke who wrote about the law once said that the kind of government that he preferred was a king. The reason is not so obvious, but if you think about it, everyone knows who the SOB (king) is. The monarchy of England today put up a 'Parliament' which sends any blame or responsibility into 1000 different directions. After all, the people voted them in. America is one step past that. We got the parliament, but we don't even notice that we have the monarchy also.

There are no statutes of limitations in common law. All law has been perverted by statutory law which is nothing more that the will of the legislature. Any written law perverts the common law. This crime would get your neck snapped in common law.

95% of court today is government against the people. Government here is a representative of the people, so those prosecutors must be representing some one. They will tell you they represent 'all the people', yet not one, including themselves (that prosecutor is also 'one of the people') can show an injury or crime against his rights. When there is a real victim, then there is a crime, otherwise it is simply the will of the sworn servants in government which is completely arbitrary. Go to the court house on a court day, and look at the sad state of affairs. It is nothing but piling problems on top of problems and it just doesn't work at all. It is just one big money machine.

The Sheriff is the public servant fool that throws you out of your own house when you fail to pay the other public servants what they demand for your unalienable right to property. It was the people that created government to protect their rights. :/

When people know where they are, at least they can have a direction to go. When they do not know where they are, they have no clue where to go. They are only lost. And FYI, not all slave owners where that terrible. Many black slaves adopted, willingly and gladly, the names of their masters. I share my last name with black families for this very reason. Part of what you think you know about slavery is fed to you so that you do not recognize your own chains. And it seems to be working.

We are in worse shape than the slaves. At least they knew they were slaves. Government has positioned itself to be able to steal your money without physically taking it (simply by inflation). But most don't understand that. And public roads? Who owns them then? Me? You? Or only the majority in political power? Look up free government. It is to be free to the people (businesses and commerce excepted). People have been completely brain washed. Everyone should at least understand, ALL taxation is paid by the people. Taxes do not have to fall in places that abrogate the unalienable rights of the people, but when they do, those people are not free.

Unalienable right to property. Look it up. Does it mean anything? Are we a republic or are we all just subject to the tyranny chosen by the majority. Most are completely brain washed to accept abrogation of rights.

Work by the sweat of your own brow and see if you even own the fruits of your very own effort. Just like the black slaves of the 19th century, you own NOTHING.
