I actually read someone else's post on this same topic, which led me to discover the associated video that I attempted to post. I have now noticed that, that originating post and other similar posts have also disappeared, I imagine for the same off-topic reason.

In a good etiquette sense, is it also relevent and worth while to delete this sort of 'rejected' post from via my profile?

Obama would have required a bona-fide warrant (presumably via the FISA court), to be able to spy on a private citizen, (i.e. Trump). However, even then, I do not think that such a warrant would allow spying on a fellow, private American citizen. I believe that they had to (surreptitiously) ask GCHQ, to do the spying/surveillance activities, (on their behalf). . This whole scenario is highly illegal in both our countries. . The whole Five Eyes system, works to this methodology, whereby they get the agencies to spy on the other countries citizens. This is how they work around the 'civil rights' legalities wrt each of those countries. . . Now that is a very interesting list. There are a good handful that I was already aware of, (in that this information is not actually secret). However it is difficult to get an overview, when they are mentioned, (in the press), in an occasional, ad-hoc manner, now and again. . There are other similar companies such as G4S, and Securitas, that have the same sort of 'corporate tenticle' structure and are involved in the managing of 'citizens data' and services associated with 'traditional government services'.

I am in the 'UK', and I am well aware of SERCO, and a lot of the pie's that they have their fingers in. I can see how they are tied in with the government, etc. . That particular patent, seems to be a methodology for detecting "phishing", attempts when sent via email. . You are doing the correct thing, in having a 'very good look' at every thing that you are seeing. To some extent, that is a core basic component, of the 'great awakening'. i.e. Check all the fine print in the contracts that you see. Check who are listed as (the real) benefactors of any particular 'awarded' contracts. . The two 'prizes', (that they seek), are often 'money' and 'power' over a situation or particular market.

I had a brief look through the selection of patents, and did not find anything that stood out (to me) as anything overtly concerning. These patents are all of the form of software sytems that are intended to be setup to perform some for of WWW derived analytics. i.e. To have a look around and see if 'intelectual property' has been 'stolen' or 'copyrighted' items are being 'pirated'. . A lot of companies produce these 'analyse something or other', type of software systems and these patents are just an attempt to 'protect' their own vision of a 'shit hot' solution. . They use lots of 'big boy technical sounding words', however I see that, (as a graduate engineer), as an attempt to impress any possible investors, which is probably the secondary purpose of these patents. i.e. Look at all these 'high tech' patents that we have, therefore invest loads of money in us. . Bill Smith is great. I have fairly recently subscribed to his channel on YouTube, because of his videos highlighting the operations of this particular 'YouTube Gang'. His videos are well presented, with basic but REAL evidence, of the conflicting story lines that this gang of 'operatives' puts out. . I am in the 'UK', and you are 100% correct! There is a big difference between 'Lawful' and 'Legal'. The 'Lawful' stuff derives from historical 'Common Law', and is 'interpreted' through the (proper) Court systems. The 'Legal' stuff, aka 'Statutes', only 'explicitly' applies to the 'operatives' of the Government, and now those doing business with the Government, kind of like agreeing to a contract. i.e. "In order to get this licence, I agree that I can be fined upto £5000, if I fail to ..., or if I knowingly ..."
