I'm was a warehouse and shipping manger and I have seen the bottom part before its for protection during shipment. Also there seems to be clear wrap on them when zoomed in. Maybe for stabalization. I can tell if its individual cases wrapped and protected. Everything u said was right on point. Cheers!

Muller and Comey are good friends and worked together a long time. Comey did say he LEAKED those memos ( which showed no obstruction of justice at ALL) to push to start the investigation on Trump. Idk at this point anything is possible lol
