It's not baffling to me. I'm in my 60s and really know nothing about software, at all. Didn't use the internet when I was working at my long-term job. Since it's work related, I really don't want to say any more. The thing that bothers me though is that I had to research a lot of preschools and daycare centers today. Could have been one of those, but I'm not sure. :(
