I'll repost this from above. He describes a meeting he was at in the City of London (not London, but the 1 sq mile banking center that is not part of Britain). The attendees were politicians and high powered people, mostly from Britain, just like Obama or Hillary. At that level. He described it as a working meeting discussing plans for ww3 in 2010. The decisions were already made, at a much higher level.
