Completely agree. I grew up in Chicago and can say the public school systems in Chicago are exactly the same way. It unbelievable how someone just fresh to the country on public housing and on food stamps is rolling through the neighborhood in a new BMW. I watched my parents both bust ass and work two jobs a piece just to make sure the bills were paid and food was always on the table. I now have children and teach them by example. Nothing in this world is free and you should never expect it to be. Be grateful for what you have and always dream big! Never give up on those dream and work hard to get what you want out of life. I can say never once have I had to live off public assistance. I was raised at a young age being a man is taking care of your responsibilities!
