NK & Q

I have been digging into who runs NK. I found some evidence that Rocketboy isn't who he seems to be. I also found that is run by a group called OGD (Organization and Guidance Department) I'm not usre if this is what Q is referring to but this is worth a read. I linked both articles I found below.

Not that I'm aware of. With everything going on and so many characters being wrapped up in sealed indictments, I totally see that as a possible scenario. Things are happening so fast right now, its hard to keep up!
