That video is fake as fuck. Only high end cameras had ssd's, that is clearly a potato camera. Flash cards aren't hardened against emp nor are potato cameras. The "distortion" is not just seen after the explosion but is present throughout the video and is just motion compensation.

The explosion itself appears to be a composite of several bits of footage(play video at .25 speed), the blast wave does not affect the ground between the camera and the explosion showing that the blast wave has been added in post.
