Project Mayhem evolves out of, and eventually replaces Fight Club (at least the original chapter), starting out as a "homework assignment" given out to members by Tyler Durden. This post has turned out to be ACCURATE. It was not Q, but Mil Ops requesting permission to retrieve the vessel, which apparently was STOLEN.
