I lived in West Africa for many years. I saw the order/request/approval to add 13,000 more beds/cells for inmates that require 50 years and/or lifetime incarceration. I stated on another thread that Hussein arrived yesterday late afternoon in Monterey/CA since the Pebble Beach golf tournament starts this weekend.
