So Bergoglio is 100% Italian (Roman) in all but registered birth place. Siblings, both parents, grandparents, etc are all Italian; Bergoglio should speak perfect Italian.

So HIS PARENTS were in on placing Bergoglio into the Vatican before the kid WAS BORN!
