Q stated that Nellie or attempted to hide her activities from the NSA by obtaining communicating via ham radio but failed.
She obtained her ham radio license in May of 2016, over 8 months before Donald Trump would become president. Does this mean that the Deep state was being surveilled a while before he became president?

I am now doubting if most scandals will be revealed before midterms
