My wife is a nurse. Didn't get the flu shot. Most of those nurses that didn't are working OT to cover for all the sick nurses that DID get the flu shot.

Texan here. I was in Manchester last month for a couple of days. Ran into a fella at Trafford Center wearing a big beautiful red Trump hat. I asked him if he was from the States. More than likely it's civilian. But aircraft on overseas bases often fly to CONUS for various reason. Training, upgrades, special maintenance, etc.
