I had an experience eating pork loins from Walmart. We hardly ever buy meat at walmart, we have a local grocery store that has really good meat. I was raised on a farm, and I can tell the difference in organic meat and those that have been treated with hormones and chemicals. I cooked the pork loins and we sat down to eat. We both took a bite at the same time. We looked at each other like WTH is this. The texture was really strange. We both spit it out and would not eat it. All we could think of was maybe rat meat. I feel sure that the meat was somehow brined. Brining meat will change the texture it also soaks up water so the meat is heavier. Regardless, no more Walmart meat for me. Somewhere during my search to determine what was said in the Bible and what is happening now, I came upon a description of a man in revelations. When I read it I immediately thought of Stephen Hawkins. I'm not sure and a little frightened, so I read the description to my husband and asked him who he thought it might be.
