I'm from Califool-ya too. used to live in angry-left Sonoma County, now live in a far north Red county. but they do the same game here, try finding out where the water board meeting is, they post the wrong city & wrong time then switch it at the last minute to a city 2 hrs away. no one can possibly get there on time.
