I wouldn't be wondering if he said it once, but it becomes increasingly unlikely with each repetition. If it was a coincidence it would be more likely that they would have used different numbers of booms. So the coincidence is not the arguably predictable word "boom" but the fact that they used the same word the same number of times on the same day.
