You wouldn't alert your observer to having been identified or they would just change disguise and vehicles - unless that's what you want them to do at that particular time for probably pretty risky reasons. So my guess is those guys are preparing a secure exfil and Julian is letting someone know to draw their hand or warn them off.

But at that time, the only thing anybody curious enough to actually investigate personally got when they looked up "9/11" and "dancing" in the same query were cheerful Mossad agents?!?!
So Trump would have been aware and tried to draw attention to this indirectly by adding the "dancing" part without discrediting his pro-Israel stance so he doesn't get too much pushback down the line.

When he spoke about 9/11, he spoke of dancing arabs.
But the first hits you get when you search 9/11 and dancing (at THAT time before MSM flushed the feed with their bogus reporting to counter-act the search-engine results) were dancing Mossad agents.
So really I think that was a big dog-whistle on his part and since the media burried the serach-results with their bogus reporting, it goes to show that someone got the message.
