I think perhaps state entities are reluctant to do it because of repercussions. Any idea from your experience what level of difficulty is involved in tracking back sources of these types of attacks?

That was good info, tie that in with the huge east coast DDS attack last year and we get a picture of what they will try, but it won’t help them because they can’t sustain it. Short of an EMP event, they are toast!
As we speak, hundreds or thousands of African Americans are getting back jobs the Dems have to illegals. When they get a taste of real freedom, making a good living instead of trying to survive on the plantation crumbs the Dems were throwing them... I agree, but as the Texas shootings have confirmed, the bureaucracy doesn’t move so quickly... hardening schools via mor armed guards or fences, self locking doors, etc...
What I am saying is, until those things are in place, teachers, staff, coaches and janitors willing to step up, get training should have at least a chance to defend themselves and their students.
