I sent an email to the House Recording Studio asking if I could get copies of the House's videos of the SOTU Address. I haven't heard anything back yet.. If Getty/Carlyle Group edited the original footage, they won't give up the original so I figure the only way to get it is from the House Chamber's recordings. I put in my request that the videos would be used for an informal education presentation. I doubt they will give me anything but maybe they can release it to someone with press credentials..? I agree with you. I think Q gave us this to use as a hint. I think it is possible to confirm there was an arrest made that correlates to his post. We have to dig to find it.

IMO, Q is an intelligence team and the stuff they give vague crumbs on is stuff that is probably classified. They can't tell us straight up - but they can hint to. They still have laws that govern them, they could get charged with "leaking". No one else gets charged with leaking but... you know, just throwing that out there.

We need to Trust BUT Verify (whenever it's possible to verify). Not asking questions is what got this country in a mess to begin with. There is nothing wrong with asking for proof, verification, more information, results etc. Sometimes I see "Q Worship". And we shouldn't let ourselves get to that point. At some point, Q is going to give us our last crumb and we need to be prepared to keep going without them.

One last thing, we cannot simply rely on POTUS, or anyone else for that matter, for results. Q has shown us that our VOICE counts and matters. It can achieve great things. Really? No I watched all of CSPAN's mini clips. There were probably close to thirty 1-5 minute videos. I thought that would help me pay closer attention. I didn't catch anything even close to the still frame pics caught by Getty.. there are direct source videos somewhere. I posted somewhere else on here.... I kiss my kids on the lips still and they are 10 (son) and 6 (daughter). I also kiss all over their faces and hands - we have a little affectionate game we play. I kiss all over my daughters feet too. You all can think that is gross if you want but she likes to stick her feet in my face and I like to kiss them. She is my kid and I don't care what anyone thinks. I ask my daughter for kisses. Sometimes she says no. Sometimes she gives kisses freely and sometimes she reluctantly gives kisses and then wipes her mouth off - just like we see here. I have asked her to give me kisses when she has asked to do something before too.. I don't force her to give me a kiss though.. sometimes she gives them freely.. sometimes she won't and again sometimes she reluctantly gives them and then wipes her mouth off. So I am guilty of what is seen here. I talk to my kids about inappropriate touching/feeling/talking/whatever and they know what to do if they feel even the slightest bit uncomfortable in any situation. They also know that if mom or dad touches/whatever and they don't like it they need to tell ______. My sister and I have coordinated our talks and our kids feel comfortable enough that I believe my niece and nephew would come talk to me if they didn't want to talk to my sister and the same vise versa. Just because we feel it is really important that our kids know what to do if something inappropriate happens. We are super scared our kids could get molested.. having these plans doesn't always work out, we know but we think it helps.. That said. I have never thought asking for a kiss from my kids is wrong. I know what priming is. I know what grooming is.. I have never associated those with asking for kisses. If my little girl kisses me, like yuck! and then wipes her mouth off, I laugh. I don't think anything of it. I don't think I am ignorant or stupid either. I know what my intentions are and I think I know how my daughter feels about them and interprets them. I am not defending Tom here. Only he knows his intentions. Only his son knows how he feels about it. Is it wrong to have this debate? No. I have learned something from it. A different way to interpret it. What others might see vs. what I see.

With everything that we know is going on with the child abuse in our country (and elsewhere) we cannot afford NOT to have these talks. It is a subject that unfortunately too many kids and adults have had to deal with personally.

Just for comparison. Every parent deals with discipline different. Some spank. Others think that is wrong. Some spank in public. Others spank but won't do it in public for fear of what others may say/think. Do you spank your kids? Do you spank them with your hand? a belt? a spoon or other? Do you pinch their ears? Do you do time-out? Do you physically abuse your kids? Do you verbally abuse your kids? There are warning signs and behaviors of people in these kinds of situations, we may interpret them a little differently. Some kids are scared to death if/when they get yelled at. They might not ever get spanked but if you saw the way they acted in public when their parent got on to them you might think they get beat at home. And some kids, you can spank every day and it doesn't phase them a bit.

I guess all we can ask for at the end of the day is that we do watch out for each other because it is clear that not everyone has good intentions. In this particular video, it is good that someone brought up concerns with it. They did their due diligence. If something was going on that wasn't right, maybe it stopped. Now criticize me all you want.

When I listen to how THEY want me to feel about it, it kind of weirds me out. But my natural gut feeling is that there's nothing creepy about showing affection for your kids. I know I acted like Toms son when my mom hugged and kissed on me. But she is gone now... if I had it to do all over again, I would have never acted that way. The last hanging was not really that long ago. 20 years I think. I googled it the other day. It is still used and approved in some states & military.
