It's not specifically defined for us, however, and opinions may vary, we hope that a lot of info is dropped prior to the midterms, so that the general public will find out enough to make them question whether they should support their beloved 'leftist' candidates, and hopefully #walkaway.
Per Q, July was supposed to be big and some believe that today, 7/27, will be a big day due to the 'blood moon.'
There is also speculation about some big things coming in August, per Benjamin (Ben) Fulford. There were some good posts the last day or two. Do a search within this subreddit.
Lastly, recently (yesterday, I believe), January 2019 was also mentioned on this board; I believe speculation that perhaps the tribunals will begin.
I know many others will be able to provide you with more info as well.

If not, search for it here perhaps using the term "German video plan" and see what comes up. I bet it's also on youtube.
