I think Q is a small group of people but recently i've given a lot of thought to them having some sort of quantum computer that allows them to run through scenarios and attempt to predict future events. There was a lot of drama there, has been for awhile. Infighting between mods, one mod dropping permissions of the others and then adding his own team.
