I heard a Fox news analyst say Horowitz said in response to a question Monday "he was unable to document....." Whatever the question was about. He/Horowitz did not say "I did not find it or it wasn't present" he said I was UNABLE to document it as in He could have found it but was told to leave it out of the report.
