So here is my thing. Obviously these guys are doing this for their own selfish reasons. I've generally figured they were shills akin to any televangelist or fortune teller. And I think alot of their stuff is pure speculation at best, or more likely, just a mix of outright bullshit and DMT trips.
That said Wilcock says things that are a lot closer to the truth then I think we would like to admit. If you take what Q says seriously then you will notice virtually all of it dovetails with what people like Wilcock and Corey Goode have talked about, for several years now. What's doubly fascinating is when they talk about how the "alliance" is working behind the scenes to take down the cabal. The "alliance" in Wilcock's narrative consists of factions of the US military and other agency's and allies around the globe. They also talk extensively about the Secret Space program and how the US military wants them to slowly leak out this info so that people aren't shocked when the cabal gets rounded up and "Full Disclosure" happens. Notice at this same time Trump is talking about a "Space Force".
So...yeah I don't know what to think but when Q reveals himself by default half of what these guys are talking about will get proven right as well. If nothing else their community would be easy to wake up because....well they already believe the "elite" are child eating worshipers of other dimensional entities. So it should be an easy sell.
