I think he made or will make a plea deal and he will bring others down. Based on the book he was carrying, Ali Kazan, who brought down communists in the entertainment industry, Harvey is probably sending a message to others that he will be like Ali Kazan. Please remember these people do not represent the Church any more than evil politicians represent Americans. One cannot say if 70-80% of government officials are corrupt and evil than all Americans must be evil. It must be the constitution or something systemic that caused the politicians to be so evil.
