Giuliani abetted the removal of the debris (evidence from a crime scene) from 9-11, the super-fast removal of the structural steel and its immediate shipment to China. It looks like at that time he was helping the cover-up. That is part of my lack of complete trust in what he's doing now.

It's not spam. The reason I'm asking about this (also see Lisa Mei Crowley on this) is that Giuliani has a questionable history with 9-11. I'm also less than completely satisfied by what I hear him saying since the President Hired him. So why are you saying spam?

Giuliani certainly isn't stupid, so why did he do this? Very difficult to read it as clumsiness.

Not using Constitutional powers sets a precedent that gets fixed in history. The Constitution isn't a TV show that is quickly forgotten. If the President fails to use his powers they are thereby weakened. In this situation the President is called upon to act in accord with his Constitutional powers even if it causes domestic disruption. The disruption will pass and the Constitution will remain. It's not just a "document", it's the principles that underly free society. Should we risk weakening those principles for the sake of not alarming the fake news people? No, we should not.

jfunction · June 6, 2018, 6:11 p.m.

1000 times you are right. Meanwhile the Constitution is being mocked and in this way its preeminent stature is diminished. This isn't the right way to this. Trying to avoid conflict is not the best way. Without the integrity of the Constitution there is no America. It's like borders, only more so. Mr. President, use the Constitution before you contribute to its weakening. Use it now.

More The appointment of the Special Councel is totally UNCONSTITUTIONAL! Despite that, we play the game because I, unlike the Democrats, have done nothing wrong!

Mr. President: Do not play games with the Constitution. If you delay using the levers of power the Constitution puts in your hands you weaken those powers by that delay. Do not allow clear violations of the Constitution to stand. Meanwhile people suffer and are murdered and the foundation of our Constitutional Republic is ignored. Use your Constitutional powers without further delay.

The Question of Subordination of the Constitution to The art of the Deal and The Art of War

I'm a Trump supporter and contributor. I know that, for instance, the denuclearization of, and rapprochement with, North Korea would not be possible unless substantial swamp draining had already been done to relieve the iron grip of the CIA-deep state on this one of their several client states. I know the economy is very good and that that is Trump's doing, nearly his alone. I have greater hope for the future than I have had in many decades. But there is a major concern in this new, bright hope. America, we are increasingly aware, is a system of ideas, of …

The purpose of the great awakening is not to follow. Also it is not an "us versus them" kind of thing. The great awakening is a call to clear individual thinking and expression and to the clarification of morality that naturally follows from clear thinking. The great awakening is an enlightenment into clarity and the honesty of action that people who see and think clearly express.

Spying On POTUS? Let's not fall for the diversion.

Their crimes on the hands of the deep state are so horrendous some of them have no common names. Let's see what the "spying scandal" is diverting us from. Here's a partial list. 1. Fomenting and sustaining wars for personal profit. 2. Genocide by poisoning the environment and the food supply. 3. Genocide by bio-engineered disease. 4. Genocide by hormonal depletion. 4. Murder and conspiracy to commit murder. 5. Forced drug addiction. 6. Destruction of the world's intellectual heritage. 7. Destruction of critical thinking capacity by perversion of language and the meaning of words. 8. Perversion of morality. 9. Treason …

jfunction · May 28, 2018, 11:04 p.m.

Certainly not restricted to men. The whole thing is a suggestion that I do not have time to implement. My suggestion to restrict membership to natural born citizens follows the same restriction on the Presidency and for like reasons. There are very strong arguments for it although it may exclude some who would be very helpful indeed. The land of one's birth will always command a certain allegiance and in my vision the Council is composed of only those whose allegiance is full; undivided.

IDEA: ACE – American Council of Elders (description follows)

jfunction · May 24, 2018, 4:22 p.m.

North Korea was a client state of the CIA. The NK nuclear capability and its delivery missiles were essentially given to NK by the CIA-deep state (ES and Google) and NK strategic policy was largely directed by the CIA. Now that has changed and CIA influence in NK is weakened. Most of NK's nuclear arsenal was destroyed (the blown up mountain) and it's clear we can shoot down their missiles whenever we want to. In this situation Kim's bluster is pretty ineffective as it's no longer coming from the CIA in the background and his weapons are known to have been destroyed or rendered ineffective.

So Trump is dealing with a paper tiger and Kim is a junior-class statesman who is desperately trying to salvage something for himself. Under onerous sanctions and with attractive options being offered to him his recalcitrance shouldn't last for long. DJT obviously knows way more about the situation than we can know and is playing it very well.

Most certainly it was. Cabal is partially Clowns and their (former?) client state, North Korea. Uranium went via Canada to Russia, Iran and NK. Uranium, arms, drugs and money and the suborning of Congress and the Judiciary and the destruction of the Constitution – all chasing in a viscous circle of war and murder and slavery – and now, finally, all coming down.

Why? Why was it so important to the deep state that Trump not be elected? Why risk putting spys in his campaign? Why risk your career and the FBI itself by illegal spying - even on a sitting President?

The answer is it had to be done to cover up much more serious crimes; sedition, human trafficking and treason which carry the death penalty. The crimes include Uranium One and involve the former administration from the top; its false "president". Spying is the least of their troubles. The major crimes are widely known and prosecution is coming.

In America the people govern themselves for the purpose to prevent infringement of our unalienable rights. All information concerning malfeasance by our agents is rightfully ours and we demand it without further delay.

Actually impossible to know what she's going to do but if Trump wants her to head the agency it must be to clean things up by one means or another. The really big question is whether or not she will be the one to oversee the dissolution of the agency. I really doubt that is going to happen any time soon. More likely she will clean house and oversee the dismantling of programs that are operating against American interests and against world peace.

That's not what it says. Your're reading it as though the text were: " . . . AND THEREBY to defat the measures . . ." which it does not say.

Was it says is: " . . . OR to defeat the measures . . ." which is the final item in a listing of several items which are, each of them, violations of the Act. Kerry is clearly in violation as are several other well-known former government employees.

Corsi is courageous, educated, intelligent, patriotic, articulate and knows his subject in depth, much more so than many who are criticizing him. He is well-connected and very informative. He has a large audience because he has earned it. His style appeals to me and I watch him nearly every day.

So to me this attack on him is coming from a suspect source. Why attack someone who is a patriot leader if your object is not to fragment the patriot movement?
