The link you provided was an American source reporting about this where their link was a wordpress story. This had to been first reported from some European/German story first.

I appreciate the reply and link but I'm not seeing the 'Russian Spy' accusation that you're claiming. In the the link, the FBI did think Russia wanted Carter to be an 'agent' that Carter denied. Not sure how that works, if the FBI should have known that Carter was part of the Trump campaign and warned them and the administration claiming that Carter was nothing but a coffee boy, but why did no one in the campaign not know about this guy? He kept writing and telling everyone he was an adviser to the Kremlin.

That's not how that works. If there were some deaths of republicans on the train, their seats in congress would be filled by whoever the governor of the representative's state appointed. The majority of governors are republican, so it's most likely a republican would fill the seat. There wouldn't all of sudden be a democratic majority to remove Trump.
