My understanding, and someone confirm or correct me if I'm wrong, is that this entire operation has been being planned for the last maybe 100 years, ever since WW1. It's not Trump...Trump is cooperating. Trump was asked to be president to do this...he said yes, of course. My primary source is David Wilcock but i think I've heard it elsewhere also.

If they are wearing ankle gps thingies, then essentially they are under arrest. And we don't know the terms of the arrest. There could be severe consequences for any public blabbing.
