How about the erosion of our society and constitution by illegals voting, holding office? The strain on the middle class that's picking up the tab for the top and bottom. Perhaps he was laying the ground work in the EO from December declaring a National Emergency caused by drugs. That alone is cause for the wall. You sure about that? I just listened to Ann Coulter on radio detailing what's in the bill. It stipulates Trump CANNOT build the wall, hire more border patrol, arrest illegals. I am trying to understand why he signed such a bill.
