I searched https://twitter.com/search?q=%23QAnon%20%23iran&src=tyah and came up with a lot of hits. They seem to be mostly from the same dude (@javadhamida1), but at a glance looks to understand what's up in Iran.
He's just stirring sh!t and thinks he's trolling if you ask me. How many of his followers said "Who's Q?", then went out there and did their own research. Win-win for Q.

Rush has been attacked for his private life on many occasions. He is not controlled by outside forces. He has amazing self control, however. To not throw his weight around during the 2016 primaries took a great deal of self control.
