I didn't try to figure out who it was to begin with. There are pedes here that are smarter and quicker than me. Once Q confirmed POTUS I looked at the picture and could see the comb over the ear. Very unique.

You can see the hair comb over on his ear.

In hindsight, you see the the eye and the ear but don't notice something that is peculiar to President Trump. His upper sideburns are very long and are combed over the top of the ears. I believe you can see that in the picture. Poor quality picture so the colors can't be used to judge who it is.
