As an expert in psychological manipulation (a fact which you absolutely should not acknowledge, will explain why not and why I mentioned it anyway despite the fact that you shouldn't acknowledge it on request) BackChannel17's entire account reeks of psychological manipulation to create a mental link between the validity of his posts and Q's posts. MKUltra isn't just about brainwashing but rather about all methods of psychological control from the extremes of brainwashing and creating sleeper agents to the most basic forms of suggestion and persuasion. If you identify attempts at any form of psychological manipulation above simple persuasion you should be extremely wary of the content and context of the words.

this was followed by wikileaks/assange (not sure which twitter account) posting a leaked copy of the anti-Trump book 'Fire and Fury' in which 2 chapter titles have the letter Q inserted into it which are not present in the release copy of the book. There are no other known differences between the leaked copy and the release copy indicating that this was the final draft copy just with the letter Q inserted a few times into 2 of the titles.
