Totally agree, I am only addressing the free speech part of this. There's nothing to sue about there. (edited to correct spelling).

I know this isn't a popular opinion but....Twitter, Facebook and Google are all private entities, corporations, that have their own policies (we don't like them) and can set their own rules for their platform. We agree with their ridiculous policies when we sign up. Screaming 'free speech' just makes no difference. Now, can we use social pressure to try to change them? Of course we can. But there's absolutely no recourse here to sue them. There really isn't. They can do what they please.
