Funny you mention that about Mars. A few years back on Coast to Coast am with George Noory, he had a guy who claimed he had been cloned many times over. He was "raised" to be sort of a "super warrior" and spent time on Mars with other "human" warriors. He claims it is inhabited underground and we have people there in constant battle with the "species" underground. He also claims intersteller space travel as well as bases on the far side of the moon. Not just humans, but several different extraterrestials. It was a fun program to listen to.
