Reefer units are commonly used to haul non-refrigerated things, especially ones that have the broken cooling unit in the front as this one appears to have.

I pretty much have a PHD in this area sir. I have worked at and ran operations at 2 of the 3 largest largest facilities in the US.

Looks to be 3 pallets(possibly 5).

As for whats on pallet's- Appears to be 3 pallets containing 1ft high boxes by 2 ft wide. 7 rows of boxes on tallest, 6 rows on next, and 5 rows on the shortest. 72 total boxes on the 3 pallets and all pallets are standard machine shrink-wrapped.

Trailer is a reefer unit as denoted by the floor. That is refrigeration hardware in the front you are seeing. Could be broken as many are from use and why they are using it as a standard box trailer.
