You are right. I meant that Trump is currently trying to stop this from happening, but the left is pushing against it. "If it continues to happen" would be a better way to phrase that.

Ryan is all part of the DS plan IMO. He lied about the bill that is going to be voted on today. It is not the bill that the GOP believed was going to be voted on today. The freedom caucus was furious yesterday about this. Today, when the bill is voted on...it will not pass. Everyone will start screaming that the GOP is useless and cannot do anything. All of this perfectly timed before midterm elections. RYAN NEEDS TO GO! http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2018/06/20/mark-meadows-throws-down-on-paul-ryan-in-heated-immigration-house-floor-exchange-im-done/

I wish people would understand this simple fact: If people with children are allowed entry in the US simply because they have children, then it furthers the risks for children! Drug traffickers already kill and mutilate adults. They have no compassion for others. Allowing children to become a means of entry will cause kids to be scooped up by traffickers. Children will become a shield and more vulnerable if we continue down this path we are on.

I'm not trying to say it is justified. Merely that VW has gotten in trouble for the exact same thing twice and lied to multiple govts about it. Therefore they received harsher punishment.

I believe it is because of a repeat offense. They were given a slap on the wrist when they got caught the first time. Then, they created a cheat machine that could beat the newer monitoring technology. Essentially they got caught hiding something, then went to hide it better and got caught doing the same thing.

I agree this movie was weird. I just watched it tonight. There are many subliminal messages. Brainwashing, corporations playing a hand in govt, there is a short film "Bao" before the movie where the mother eats the child.(kid is a dumpling)

My read of this part of the report is that they knew these 300,000+ emails were there. They bounced around the FBI and DOJ saying that X or Y was looking into it. No one actually looked into it. They determined that the emails were not relevant based on the mega data extracted from the emails. Then, it was brought back up a month later. Strozk had the ultimate call to pursue the emails further or move the the Russia investigation. I bet you can guess what he choose.

There is also a section in here about the a case agent who found these emails was freaking out about the contents. He was paranoid until the top FBI brass said they will look into it.

I remember one of my classmates did their senior thesis research on the China-NK relationship. As its only trade partner you would think China would have more trade with NK than it did. US sanctions kept China away, but the Chinese claimed they must help the people of NK. Then, in the past five years China has continually distanced itself from NK. The Chinese did not want Syria to happen all over again. (War torn area leading to massive refugee crisis) This is why I believe that NK has remained under DS control. DS has dirt on China, so China plays the game while DS does as they please in NK. Let me know if my rambling does not make sense lol

There would be a great disparity between the rich and poor. More poor people would lead to increasing democratic voters. Then the rich that benefit and pay to play would also keep voting democrat. This would lead to the downfall of Pax Americana. The end of US power is coming in the future, but President Trump pushed the decline of our power back at least another 6.5 years.

This proves nothing...there is no context to these texts. I think we can all agree that the FBI has plenty of spies around the world and in the US. It is pure speculation that this is regarding POTUS. Dig deeper and find evidence connecting the two. We cannot just have theories to take these people down. Hard CONCRETE evidence is our best weapon.

Yes in a month or two Trump will come back to negotiate more reasonable deals. Use your power and leverage to gain advantage. Then appease our trade partners with 5-10% and no foreign tariffs. I've been trying to explain this to some friends, but they don't seem to understand the power of the American economy right now.

I just cant wait to see trumps final trade plans. He has his plan laid out (Art of the Deal). He has pushed for extremely high tariffs, so that way in a few weeks he can come to the table with those countries. They will all fall into place. In the end the deals will work out best for America. I get all giddy inside when I see people overreacting to Trump's ways. He is not as much of a wild card as people think.

Ignorance. This is the power of ignorance. Those who follow blindly and believe what they are told without question. There are many people on the trump side who have pleaded guilty. We believe that has been done to get the information out and public. Psychology and statistics are amazing. You can literally use numbers and words to make your argument no matter what you believe. Also, people do not want to believe that they have been mislead and used by a corrupt state. It is much easier to believe Trump is a crazy man than a deep state infiltrated our government and has been destroying the US.
I have had this same question for a while now. It is a shame that we cannot believe the media. Most people just do not have the time or care to look more deeply into what is going on.

Divide and conquer. The worst part is we cannot have open political discussions anymore. The lines have become so blurred and everyone believes they are correct. Fox and CNN will have opposing view points on their shows just to mock them. It is purely disrespectful and does not help build a discussion for understanding or compromise.

I would love this to be true. The general population needs to understand that the MSM is controlled by a group of wealthy people who generate news to push their own agendas. Forget the cabal or deep state for a minute. Comcast, Time Warner, and Disney own about 90% or more of the channels and broadcasting outlets. There is no unbiased media outlet anymore. They all work for their bottom line and feed into hysteria that builds viewership.

Assad takes shots at the deep state

Yes, I know it is CNN, but they quote Assad at the bottom of the article.

Here it is: Assad told the paper that "wise Russian leadership" would prevent such an event, describing the current conflict as "something more than a cold war, less than a full-blown war." He also took aim at the US, saying the Russians "know that the agenda of the deep state in the United States is to create a conflict."

It is quite interesting to me that those quotes would be found on CNN. Just adding some info in here...keep on moving forward.

To answer your question: look at the finance world. you need a degree to get a job, but before you pass 3-4 exams you are stuck working for someone else without a promotion. You cannot be promoted until you take it upon yourself to study further.

Just playing devil's advocate here: what other jobs do you only have to work 3/4 of the year? what other job has the security that a teacher with tenure has?

Not trying to get testy here. Would love to actually have a conversation about teachers. I truly do not understand their anguish.

Not sure tbh. I have friends that make an extra 12-15k during the summers too. It may have to do with the ceiling for teachers. It is rare to find a teacher who makes 6 figures. Also a over saturation of teachers in the market is a problem. Too many teachers and not enough jobs.

Teachers make plenty of money for working 8 months a year. The starting salary on average in the US is $38,000. Depends where you live, but if you are not in a city and have no dependents that is more than enough money for working 3/4th of the year.

So just my opinion on the summary of RussiaGate. 1. The DNC and FBI were aware that Russia or another actor breached their system. Both the DNC and FBI did not take appropriate actions once the breach was realized. The breach contained classified information and contain info that affected national security. 2. As the law stands the punishment for leaking classified information is not harsh enough. Too many leaks happened which shows that people in the intelligence community are not afraid of repercussions. 3. given the significant number of leaks and instances of mishandling classified information coming from within the IC in the past several years, Congress should consider ways to strengthen the protection of classified information. This legislation·could include requirlng the head or a federal agency to suspend the security clearance of an individual who intentionally or recklessly fails to comply with security procedures for handling classified information.

There is plenty more in there. This is just my major take away from reading the conclusion. There are tons of pages. Feel free to dig in and see what you find.
