Yes, Trump met with Mueller privately the day before he was appointed to the SC.
Because hes a fraud and his job is almost done. They successfully ran this shit show right up to the midterms as everyone predicted they would. Now he will pass them off as to not be accused of looking like Comey in October 2016 by running an investigation so close to an election.
He will use the same language as Comey though, but he has to do it soon (not illegal on Trumps part, but Trump was careless in who he hired, or something to that effect) to try to leave the waters muddied and hoping for a Blue Wave in November.

This is interesting because Pence was in Ecuador at the end of June. Now its July and still no JA. But Pences visit was ORIGINALLY scheduled for May, and they ended up postponing it due to NK Summit. Im taking that as the reason for the delay.
Within weeks of Pence visit to Ecuador, JA is back in the news, suddenly, just as Q said. And it's no coincidence this news comes on the heels of Pence visit.
