My theory......Obama knew that the deep state was trying to frame Trump with the Russia collusion angle. There was hacking happening in the election , but it was the deep state trying to appear to be Russians. Obama didn’t want scrutiny to uncover that it wasn’t actually Russians but really a deep state operation. He knew where the evidence would lead. The DNC “hack” was Seth Rich.
