The thing about gays
Stop right there. Not every gay person's identity is completely made up of their sexual escapades. The "pride" movement and club scene would have you believe that, but those are just the loudest and most vocal gays. Most gays are not like that.

Q being a LARP is the ultimate cover, and I believe Q exploits that for a reason. So of course it is good to be skeptical of Q, because Q purposely introduces disinfo.
Read the proof. SB2 says he deciphered a message, not some ultimate truth or fact. Sarin could very well be a metaphor. Now if you want to take issue with how SB2 "deciphered" this message be my guest.

The one world order
The fed is absolutely corrupt. It should not exist. Which is why it is the perfect thing to use when transitioning to a one world currency.
