The weird thing is that it shows a flight plan for tomorrow departing Anchorage for Hong Kong. That makes it seem like this flight was intended to go to Anchorage. Is it possible to see original flight plans? Can we see who owns the plane? I'm completely new to flight plan stuff.
Okay ,the owner of the plane is a corporate/trust called TVPX Aircraft. Their website boasts about how their trust system gives individuals who aren't qualified to own an aircraft in teh US a loophole by entering into a trust with qualifying Americans. I shit you not. Sound like the kinda thing Saudi princes might be involved in?

I don't know. "Port of transfer" doesn't seem to be an official term, so I don't know what he meant by it. I was taking it to mean that SA is a port that could be used to transfer things somewhere that they couldn't go to directly from the US. Iran? NK?
