Also, something big about Aramco going public is the public release of how many barrels of oil they have in storage, which is many many more times then anyone thought. Essentially they can keep oil at $40 a barrel forever. Scalia was killed because he was the swing vote in US v Texas - the case that would have given the USG the power to require states to not enforce federal immigration law (i.e., give USG power to prevent border states from deporting illegals).
