I'm not buying that our guys have had HRC in custody for at least 3 weeks, and they're letting her jaunt from bookstore to bookstore, even overseas, when there are a lot of very wealthy people in the world who could solve a problem for themselves by turning her into greasy spot on the floor. Also, if you're doing a roaming house arrest thing so she seems normal, wouldn't you also have her tweet a couple times a day, and not go silent on a big shooting?
I don't think boot memes are a bad idea, though. They get the idea of arrest -- for both parties -- in people's minds, warming them up. If it turns out they weren't already arrested, that'll be forgotten once they are.
